All quotation rates include fuel & complimentary chauffeur services.
Extra hours on the daily rental attract extra charges.
Daily rental pickup/drop-off locations on the outskirts of town (Gwagwalada, Bwari, Suleja, Karu, Kuje, Kwali, Mararaba, Deidei, Idu Train Station, Idu Yard, Nyanya, Kugbo, Lugbe, Zuba, etc.) attract extra charges (₦30,000 – ₦50,000 for SUVs), or more depending on the distance.
Drop-off charges are subject to locations, but standard rates apply to points within the metropolis.
Airport pickup/drop-off locations outside the main town attract an extra charge of ₦40,000.
International/Domestic Airport pickups with over an hour delay will be charged by the hourly rate allocated to the vehicle, which must be remitted before commencement of trip. Please note: initial airport fare paid is non-refundable.
10 Hours Daily rental is inclusive of one free airport pickup or drop-off.
Bookings canceled 24–48 hours prior to trip date attract 50% convenience fee before refund.
Bookings canceled on the day of departure are considered no-show and are non-refundable.
Bookings made & canceled on the same day attract 50% convenience fee before refund, or 20% of allotted fare as rescheduling charges.
Rescheduling reservations spanning 72 hours or more prior to trip date attracts 20% of allotted fare as rescheduling charges.
Rescheduling reservations 24–48 hours prior to trip date attracts 30% of allotted fare as rescheduling charges.

Additional Terms for Self-Drive Rentals

A security deposit of ₦100,000 – ₦5,000,000 is required, depending on vehicle category.
A valid Driver’s License and International Passport (for verification) are mandatory.
Vehicles are strictly for use within Abuja only. No interstate trips are allowed under self-drive.
The renter is fully responsible for traffic violations, fuel refills, and damages beyond normal wear and tear.
Vehicles must be returned with the same fuel level as at pickup. Refueling charges may apply otherwise.
Self-drive rentals are subject to tracking and monitoring for safety and compliance.
Loss of vehicle documents, plate numbers, or accessories will attract replacement charges.
The company reserves the right to decline or terminate a rental if terms are violated.
